“Property was quiet and private with an amazing river view and wildlife that you can see. We got to hear the Loon at a night. The RV was clean and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. RV also had a picnic table, grill, fire pit and several types of chairs to sit. There was also kayaks and a canoe to use to go on the river. Host has several other rentals in different areas that we will want to look into. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay we definitely recommend this location”

“Our stay was fabulous. The living space was spacious and comfortable! Well stocked with cooking utensils. The bedrooms upstairs are cozy. Not a lot of privacy, but enough for a few close friends and family. Two of the beds are in a loft so be prepared to climb a ladder. Over all, very little negative to say. If I was ever in the area again, I would stay.”

“Very cozy!”

“100% recommend this perfect cabin nestled in the woods. It just doesn’t get more peaceful and tranquil than this. I just wish we could have stayed longer!”

“Yeah the space was exactly as advertised and our hosts checked in via message to make sure the heat was at a comfortable temperature and to see if we needed anything. We also got to meet their energetic dog and play fetch. She was the sweetest!”

“We had such a wonderful time here. The cabin is clean, cozy, with plenty of music and games. My dog loved sunning on the enclosed upper deck and sniffing around the yard. We didn’t see any bears but kept an eye out anyways. Perfect place for a laidback girl’s trip.”

“Very nice property across from the water and walking distance to the local store and food shack”

“What an amazing view!”

“This house was amazing! Rustic feel, up to date amenities. We loved it and will be back! Thank you!”

“Great instructions. Easy parking. Comfortable beds!”

“We spent a perfect long and slow week end. The property is wonderfully appointed with everything needed. The fall folliage made the surroundings feel absolutely beautiful. We can't wait to come back!”

“The only positives of the property is its size and location. Property not clean and left after an issue with some sort of flies swarming in one of the bedrooms. Expedia was informed of cleanliness issues after check in and would supposedly inform host. Never heard from host until after they were informed of check out immediately after issue with flies. I certainly would not recommend staying there.”

“My best friend and I had a great time at the serene country cabins, cabin two. The cabin was bigger than it looked in the pictures and everything worked properly. We weren’t in need of anything extra while we were there because the cabin had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting around the campfire for a little bit after dark for some s’mores, and enjoyed relaxing for a night. Thanks for everything, Melissa”

“We had a lovely stay in this cabin as a base for our deep Vermont adventures. Everything was as listed, we were warm and cozy, bed was nice. Having a fire outside was wonderful too if you dont mind a few wildlife calls!”

“Great location in Morrisville - allowed easy access to Hardwick (for dinner at Cork and Fork - excellent), Stowe (for skiing), and Waterbury (also for skiing at Bolton). We stayed in winter, so campground is closed - we had the place to ourselves and could walk the dog down along the river - very peaceful.”

“My husband, our dog and I spent 5 beautiful days in Cabin #4 at Serene cabins area. The cabin has comfortable bedroom, living room with well equipped kitchenette and an excellent bathroom. Everything was clean, modern and very comfortable. Daytime we explored Mt Elmore State Park, enjoyed swimming at Lake Elmore, in the evening we cooked on the grill and enjoyed campfire in a beautiful area. We also visited Stow and even drove up to the Canada border in a beautiful environment. Our hosts were……

“cute little loft, was super clean. loved that there was a washer/dryer and full size fridge & freezer with ice. wifi was slow & spotty but there was board games to keep us entertained”
