"Our stay was amazing! We traveled with children and our first night was over the karaoke bar. When we asked about the noise, they immediately contacted security and had them turn down the volume. In addition, they moved us to another room for the rest of our stay which was wonderful and unexpected. The staff went out of their way to assist us and make sure our stay was great! We would definitely stay there again."
