Hiking trails right off Upper Village Road can be enjoyed throughout your stay. Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, indulging in a movie marathon on the large TV, or unwinding with a good book. Enjoy the abundance of natural light pouring in through the many windows, showcasing beautiful mountain views. Prepare hearty meals and hiking snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, which offers ample cupboard space and a formal dining table perfect for gathering together. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone enjoys a restful night after a day of adventure. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Scenic and easily accessible hiking trails right off of Upper Village Road. The main heat source for the entire home is a gas furnace and the basement has radiant floor heating. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: Ring camera at front door Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
