Basecamp for your Southern Utah adventure! This bright, 3-bedroom / 3-bath townhome in the award-winning Vida Sol community sleeps up to 12 guests and sits just two minutes off I-15—an easy half-hour drive to Zion National Park and minutes from Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, Costco, dining and shopping in St. George. After a day on the trails, unwind in your private courtyard with hot tub, fire-pit and BBQ, or stroll over to the year-round heated community pool with mountain views. Self-check-in, fast Wi-Fi and a two-car garage make everything effortless.

Guest access
You’ll have the entire home to yourself—no shared interior spaces. Key-pad entry lets you arrive anytime after 4 pm. The only locked area is one owner closet under the stairs.

Maximum 12 guests (including infants; ask if you’re bringing more than one).

No pets, parties, smoking or vaping. Quiet hours 11 pm–7 am.

Must be 21+ to book. Detailed house rules and fee schedule in the listing.

Free cancellation until 4 pm on Apr 24; 50 % refund (minus first night) until 4 pm on Apr 29.

Just off I-15 for easy day-trips. On-site garage & driveway parking plus free street parking. Most guests explore by car; bike rentals and rideshares are also available locally.

Excellent place

The property was just what we were looking for. It comfortably accommodated our family. One thing that did cause some disappointment was that my son thought there would be a gym as mentioned in the ad. We could not find one around the property. Other than that everything else was great!
