“I didn’t expect much for the price but this place is the stuff of nightmares. The furniture looks like it was picked up off the side of the road. The chair by the desk was a flimsy wheeled chair, the kind you pick up for a couple of bucks because you know your kid is going to trash it anyway. This on looked like it was retired from decades in a teenagers room, then set on fire. The bathroom door didn’t shut and the white paint was smeared with filth all over. I wouldn’t dare store food in the……

“Good location, nice beds. Pet friendly. Walking distance to major shops, parks, and restaurants. Will certainly stay there next time.”

“Very close to Saratoga Springs racetrack, although you can’t walk from there. The property is dated but well maintained and very clean. Our suite was very large and quiet.”

“The room was incredibly dirty. The floors had water stains, and the bathroom was barely cleaned. Water stains were visible everywhere, even the toilet was gross. I stayed for two nights, and my room was never cleaned, and new towels weren’t provided. The hotel was extremely noisy. Guests were inconsiderate and didn’t seem to be aware of the time or that other guests were around. I couldn’t sleep a single night that I decided to leave at 6 AM. I rang the bell to check out, but no staff came. I……

“This was our first stay at the Stockade Inn and there was filming going on Friday so things were chaotic but the staff was very helpful and we were given a $20 gift card to Arthur’s which we used for breakfast on Saturday. The room had not been vacuumed when we checked in but the staff was quick at responding and gave us a discount too. A new coffee shop opened on Sunday morning and had great bagels and baked goods for sale. Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay and will return.”

“If you have absolutely no other option due to pets. Do a b&b. The customer service at this location is atrocious. The lack of hospitality and customer attentiveness caused a mediocre stay to become absolutely terrible. Try any other sister affiliates if you can.”

“Property is very well kept. Rooms are charming and quaint. Restaurant was across the hall from our room and food was great. Drinks were great! And the beach bar with live entertainment was a huge bonus! My wife and I had an awesome time at the nest! And it was only a 20 minute drive the Saratoga racetrack!”

“Do not live there, this is the advice given by the gentleman sitting outside the hotel, he kept reminding every guest about this. After my night staying here, I can’t agree more”
