“Went to check out Gettysburg, PA and had a great time. The Stratton House location cannot be beat. Our group was able to walk to everything in the historic district, which made it nice to not have to find parking and get in a few extra steps. The house is perfect, beds were very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook a few meals of our own. If you are staying in Gettysburg and looking for a place to stay, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Stratton House!!!”

“This was our second time traveling to the area and staying at this house. Great place to stay. House was clean, lots of room for multiple guests. Nice pool and hot tub in the yard. There’s also a nice covered outdoor patio with a TV for hanging out, outside. Owner is very responsive and good to deal with. I will definitely stay again when in the area.”

“My sister-in-law and I enjoy trips immersing ourselves in history. We stayed at Belle on Buford and couldn't have found a better location and comfortable stay. Kim was responsive when contacted. All appliances and supplied linens are top quality and the furnishings and decor provide an immediate feeling of home. Ideal location, close to battlefield auto tour and downtown tours and dining. I've already let friends who expressed an interest in visiting Gettysburg know that I can recommend this……

“This was such a great place for our family to crash. There is a foosball table, ping pong table and my kids LOVED staying in the great room of pull out beds. There are 2 cozy bedrooms and a great fun room. My kids wished we had had more time to be there to explore the property and play. It is so well equipped with everything for large groups. We are a family of 8, and listings often say they accommodate 8, but are actually lacking in linens and dishes. This space had plenty of everything!”

“We were a group of five FORMER HIGH SCHOOL friends over 70 yrs of age still getting together. (.. we did not actually NEED the handicap facilities ...YET!) The home was perfect!! All top quality furnishings, appliances, decor, ...even the dishes, knives and forks were top quality; .. not like some of the "yard sale" type we have encountered at other venues. Tina was sweet and very accommodating, the home was lovely and one block from mid town Gettysburg near all the stores and restaurants. We……

“What an incredible place! This was such a great location for hiking on the Appalachian Trail. The home was warm, clean, and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook and relax in the evenings. The outdoor areas were especially enjoyable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch even in the cooler, rainy weather. The hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible! Thanks for helping make such a great trip! If you are visiting wine country or hiking in the area-I highly recommend this home!”

“Had a fantastic stay at the cozy cow! The large farmhouse was spacious and accurate to the description. Check in was incredibly easy and the space was clean and fresh. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed our view of the grounds and animals. Our stay was a little bit too early to enjoy the pool, but I would bet it’s fantastic and would offer a nice reprieve on a hot day. Really close to Gettysburg but our little oasis outside of town. Lots of thoughtful extras, like fresh milk and eggs that……

“This was our first visit to Gettysburg and the home is so convenient to everywhere you want and need to go. The home itself is in a quiet residential area. The three bedrooms were roomy and had the exact bed sizes we needed. And the beds...we all slept so well in these comfortable beds! We enjoy cooking and "eating in" some when we are traveling and this kitchen was made for that. The cabinets were well-stocked with everything we needed and we loved cooking on the nice gas grill located in the……
