"This is a rental with an amazing view. Each level has a balcony. The hot tub was clean and most of the light switches are labeled for ease of use. The master room old toilet needed replaced (wax ring failure). The property manager was quick to respond and their maintenance person replaced the toilet as quickly as possible. "The property was very nice but could use some attention to the dust on all things.awesome memorabilia of Hank Williams. The floors upstairs move at the end of the twin bed and go down hill a bit in the bathroom. Did contact the cleaning lady when we left to let her know that the washer insides fall apart when you wash clothes. Overall would stay again as it was peaceful and could hear the stream outside and that was nice."

"This was our 6th time staying at this property! We love it here! We come every 5 years to vacation in Gatlinburg. This property is close to everything we love to do. We go hiking, horseback riding and shopping. We also visit the aquarium downtown and drive a short ways to Dollywood each time."

"Great location so close to Dollywood. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings! The family room was a little tight but it was fine for a family of 6. I am sure we will be back next year."

"It was a beautiful view and had great amenities. The hot tub and sauna were very relaxing. The home needed some updates; the couch had a lot of stains and did not really feel comfortable to sit on. The drive up the mountain was very scary and there were not directions provided to the home so when we lost service it made it even more nerve racking to try and navigate the steep mountains. The drive did get a bit easier as our trip went on though so that was a plus. Overall the view was worth it...

There are some switch back curves that are a little hairy - but we hauled a trailer with a bike and managed it ok. I would have liked something with a little easier access just for that, but it did have enough parking for the bike, trailer and truck. "The property was just as it was listed. In a beautiful location & very close to downtown Gatlinburg. The owner communicated just enough to provide any information we needed & to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"The cabin was nice. The lighting could have been brighter because with all the tree coverage it was pretty dark even with the lights on. They are also in need of a new mattress as that one is old and bumpy. Otherwise it was quite nice. Conveniently located as it wasn't far from our planned activities."

"The pros were: The cabin is in a great location, very convenient to the island and Skyliner diner, and other things that we visited, including Dollywood and Parrot Mtn. "Close to downtown walkable areas I wanna go. Can hear people talking so walls too thin. Toilets and floor n sink loose so can hear hear screws loosing n wobbling when use. Otherwise bed is comfortable."
