“We stayed for three nights and the home is in a beautiful spot close to the water and weirs beach within walking distance. We knew in advance we would have to bring pillows sheets towels blankets but it would have been much easier if that wasn’t a thing! :)”

“Overall, great place to stay. Kitchen/living room area is really small/tight for the amount of people the space can hold. Really liked the little fireplace. Laundry on site was nice. The not bad but not great: The pool was supposed to be open until the end of Sept according to the listing but it was already closed by Sept 27 and host didn't let us know. Was a bummer for the kids. Bathroom photos say toiletries are available but only hand soap at the sinks was provided. The beds, esp the twin……

“Nice gardens and gazebo. Convenient to a number of restaurants, and especially to Weirs Beach, where the train and Mt Washington boat leave from. Room was updated, WiFi was very good. Bathroom was tiny but clean. A very cute motel. ”

“My son and I had a great time. Great location. House boat was a neat experience. The bathrooms were well cared for. I did want to add that Gunner was amazing! Not only did he assist me and answer all my questions I noticed he really works very hard taking care of the property. I witnessed him every day assisting the boaters, raking the beach, taking care of the garbage, check the pool skimmers, keeping the fast boats away from the docks, etc. He rarely stopped moving all day. “This property was everything that was expected and more. The grounds and marina are beautiful and expertly groomed. The staff at the marina were at the ready for anythimg we needed. The Beach bar team were so friendly and inviting. As for the houseboat we rented it was wonderful and spotless. Truly an amazing experience. We also enjoyed that there was a lot to do within walking distance. We can see many anniversaries to come being spent here.”
