“The rooms were very clean. We really liked the open space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We liked the location of the bnb a lot. There were plenty of shops in Derby to visit and if we wanted to go to any shops in Wichita it was only a 15 to 20 minute drive. We also liked that the bnb was in what seemed to be a safe and calm part of town. ”

“Super cute lil studio house. House was immaculate and all the towels and paper products were folded all hotel like. Nice touch. Host was great about communicating and check in/out proceedure was simple. Will be staying here on future trips to Wichita. ”

“Cute house, Quiet location, 3 beds with dirty, crumpled sheets, dirty fridge, used pan of oil in oven. Mouse on countertop trying to get into our food. The mouse was the final straw, we left for a motel with a quick agreement from the Host. The Host agreed a refund should be issued several times in the 1st 3 days while i paid for a motel room instead of staying there. Again, 1 week later he was sending urgent message to "Management Team" for my refund. Two weeks later, last chance for review,……

“The bungalow was just what I needed for my stay in Wichita to help family. The best part was my host Jeremiah who answered any email quickly and was efficient in his assistance. He was also very kind, helping me extend my stay when my family member went into the hospital unexpectedly. I’d stay at any VRBO where Jeremiah was host. ”

“Worst short-term rental experience. Cheap Dollar store sheets and towels, horrible beds, nothing felt properly cleaned, there was a weird smell that was covered up by a bunch of plug in air fresheners. Kitchen was poorly stocked, no dishwasher soap, washer and dryer from the 80’s and dryer made loud squeaking noise. The hosts number was disconnected, toilet clogged and spent hours on the phone with VRBO, and they eventually reached her after several attempts. Had to buy a plunger because there……

“This place was perfect for our stay in Wichita! The one and only complaint I have is that it is very close to the interstate and so it is loud all day and night. ”

“Feel the price was way too high. There were no end tables in the living room, so it echoed when you went in no place to sit something if you were watching tv. There were no dressers to unpack your closed only hangers in the closet. Arrived and there was only a partial roll of toilet paper. No games, no pens, no paper. It was hard to use the microwave because it was up so high. There is no heat in the back bathroom and there are no towel bars in that bathroom so the only place to put a towel……
