“Stayed for my son’s 30 th birthday. Very clean. Nice amenities. Close to everything.”

“A few of my friends celebrated a birthday with a weekend in this house. We had to change our weekend b/c the birthday girl got Covid and the host was SO helpful/accommodating. We were lucky to find another weekend that worked and it ended up being the same weekend as a lovely Christmas festival in Canonsburg. The house was in a great location and was easy to get to. It was clean and exactly as pictured. Highly recommend!”

“Had a great stay in Kendra's apartment. Had a small issue with the internet access. Simply reset the router, and all was good to go. I left a paperclip on top of the router in case someone else needed to reset it. I'm a teacher, so I always have those in my backpack:).”

“The house was clean and very well prepared for our visit (including Christmas decorations in the house). Tony stayed in touch with us all along, and was quick to respond when we had questions. The decore and finishes of the house made us feel at home. The house was well equipped, everything was well organized and labeled (the best we’ve seen). If someone forced me to pick one negative thing about the house, it would be setting the right water temperature in the master shower - my wife found it……

“Billy Boy Retreat is a beautifully appointed home. We were there in March so the swimming pool wasn’t open but we enjoyed the patio with its plastic enclosure , hot tub, tv and fire table. Anything you could think of needing was available at this home. We also enjoyed a Saturday afternoon trip at the Coal Tipple brewery.”

“A tasteful and well-appointed apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Johanna and Jason are thoughtful and friendly hosts. This is the lower level of a home, so you may hear the daily rhythms of the family, which we found comfortable and familiar. Hoping to stay again on a future visit!”

“This was the perfect place to stay when visiting my son who is a student at WLU! He was able to come over and enjoy some home cooked meals. The owner was responsive to messages. The house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!!”

“I needed a place to stay while my daughter visited the Franciscan Campus. Very clean and nicely done for and older home. The K-cup coffee was a real treat and timesaver. The houses around the unit are run down but that is not the owners fault.”

“This property was terrible. We arrived to find the house filthy and all the beds unmade. Trash everywhere, food left out on counters, blood in one of the beds. We could not stay here and booked another hotel at 11:00 PM in Pittsburgh. I have never seen such a filthy vacation rental. ”

“Certainly a home away from home. All the necessities and then some, never slept in more comfortable beds! There were one set of neighbors that were worrisome domestically but otherwise very pleased with stay!”

“The apartment was super clean. There was a keurig with a variety of cups for us to use. The bathroom was super clean and even had toiletries for us to use. There was a new shower curtain. However, there were two upsetting problems. First and foremost, there was no means of fire escape. The furnace was behind a moveable panel immediately at top of stairs leading to outside. If there was a malfunction and a fire started the main means of escape would be blocked off. We would have had to jump from……
