“The outside of the property was grown up and needed cutting. The railing on the steps was loose. Thankfully it was only a few steps. The back deck was nice in that it overlooked the river, but the flooring was very dirty, and there were spiderwebs and such everywhere. Weeds growing through railing and we kept waiting for wildlife (not the cute cuddly kind) to join us when we were sitting out there. The inside was okay mostly. Nothing was nasty, but there were a couple of issues. There was……

“A great quiet retreat that is pet friendly! Very peaceful stay!”

“The cabin was great, it is a bit weird how the numbers are on the buildings so it can make it hard to locate which cabin your looking for. Overall we liked our stay here. I would come here again for sure. Beautiful location.”

“For context my wife and I have three kids aged 2, 5, and 7. We aren’t worried and the two oldest finding the shortest and fastest way down a mountain as we are the two year old. All screen doors leading into the cabin have locks. The screened in porch has locks. The porch entrances can be closed off. The side yard is fully enclosed. Every trip either my wife or I would have to hover around him, and it was nice to know he could not leave on his own accord. We were actually able to relax together……

“Property was clean, nicely decorated. Very peaceful, but still close to the main road. The listing showed a view of the river, but it was overgrown and couldn't really see the water from the porch. But it was a good place to stay and be within a short drive to lots of hiking, pretty drives, and restaurants. The Dragon Pit in Robbinsville had good food, and the Tattered Tartan Pub in Andrews was great food and atmosphere. The house is a tiny house, so only 2-3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 kids……

“We've never been to a cleaner rental or hotel room, seriously, in our many years of travel. Huge kudos to your cleaning service, they really deserve a raise. And happily surprised at the complete supply of everything we might need in terms of dishes, appliances, soaps, etc. We were just a bit bummed at having virtually no wifi or cell signals, even for your TV. But it's probably the whole area outside of town, as we realized we could also barely get a signal down at Ingles grocery store. But……

“We really enjoyed our stay! As Texas folks the views were amazing! We really enjoyed celebrating America’s 250th with a great cabin, hot tub, peaceful! We didn’t have any issues other than the directions the first night took us to some pretty shady spots! Once we got to our actual cabin location it was refreshing! I would highly suggest getting there during daylight tho!!! Other than that everything was just amazing!!! Loved reading the others stories in the adventure book on the living room……

“Clean, quiet and nice. The bed is a little soft and saggy in the middle but otherwise it was fantastic!”
