“Sylvia at the front desk- excellent customer service ”

“room was cleaned properly daily, staff friendly. only 2 issues to be aware of: 1) pricing in the resto was very high and 2) the marketing that they were one of the few hotels directly accessing 7 mile beach was deceptive. they accessed a small portion of the beach in front of the hotel, but one had to take their complimentary shuttle to get to the main beach”

“This place is mint, brand new spacious rooms with lots of amenities, great kitchen, dish washer , oven , washing machine and dryer in room , nice living room beautiful bedroom, great balcony , loved the remote control blinds , very classy room !! No complaints at all. One of the most comfortable rooms I have ever stayed in. The roof top pool was mint! We stayed at the grove too which is there newer area so the rooftop pool was huge! “I like the hotel but for 5 star hotel there should be more options of restaurants. Only one outdoor restaurant with not enough main course options. Other people felt the same way. We stayed last year here and the menu options were much better. ”

“Clean and well-organized environment. Very friendly staff & rooms with electronic locks * *(eliminating the need for key cards – you just leave and the door closes automatically, only a code is needed) were a pleasant surprise. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a first-aid kit in the room. Each room is equipped with a fire extinguisher and evacuation plans. “Great hotel, with beautiful views. I will say we had an epic fight for towels though and we didn’t see on single staff member the entire stay (over a weekend). If you’re more on the expectant side, I suggest a different location. That being said, I’d go again in heartbeat but I’d bring another towel.”

“A last minute reservation at 6:00 PM, due to a flight cancellation. Reserved a garden-view Queen-suite. The room as clean and everything was in good repair. Dined at the on-site restaurant, the Driftwood Bar & Grill. The food was tasty; the portion a good size and was served hot. Ate at the bar and the bartender was attentive and friendly.”

“We had a room with livingroom, and stove top. It was wonderful. The staff was very nice, helpful, and housekeeping took care of us daily with spotless rooms. Im very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and it was perfect. Walking distance to the westin resort with all the amenities available to us was an added value. We were able to use the pool at the sunshine suites which was nice and quiet. If i were to come back to Grand Cayman i would 100% stay here again. Great experience!! Thank you……

“This is a great hotel, has everything you need. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub is fantastic and the rooms are big and well stocked. Overall would visit again. Lots of activities to do within the resort as well. ”

“Helpful staff and good amenities. Location is a bit out of the way which can be good if you want a more peaceful vacation. Not walking distance to anything but the staff is good at getting local taxi drivers when needed. Restaurant food is good and staff is very friendly.”

“Cleaned everyday, view is not as good as it faces the ritz beach and side very noisy and busy with trucks whenever there are events on the beach. Would be nice to leave a few jugs of water ( drinkable tap water but made us all have upset stomach so not great to drink) nice to have beach chairs umbrellas and fresh beach towels.. nice beach ”
