"lovely place, nice rooms and bathrooms. lovely sea view from high floor room although it is alot of stairs to walk up. Doors use a code to open which is easy to use. Top floor room did get quite hot and only had one small roof window to open, a fan would be a helpful addition in summer months"

"The location is good as well as the service. The breakfast is really tastey. The lady who served our breakfast is really nice and even made me a takeway breakfast when I told her my train would be very early and would miss the breakfast."

"The property could do with a good deep clean but bedding and towels were fine, just quite dusty and handled were sticky. The infuser were quite potent so opened windows but then had cigarette smoke coming in. Shower is also very small. Location good and managed to find parking to it."

"The house itself was lovely. Great location and lovely quiet alley way just off a big bustling street, very close to everything you could want. "An excellent property excellently located. Close to the beach, pier and town. We went for a bank holiday break with two children and will definitely visit again. The property had everything that was advertised and didn’t need anymore than what was there. Overall, a excellent seasides property."
