“Black Diamond Retreat was a wonderful place for a family gathering. Both indoor and outdoor areas were spacious and gave everyone room to spread out and wander. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit every evening and playing corn hole and bocci outside as well. Even though it seemed we were away in the middle of nowhere and very quiet, town was only a short drive away. Some of us did take and enjoy the Yuengling Brewery tour. Landon answered our questions along the way promptly as well. We all……

“The property & accommodations are beautiful. This is a very well run private rental. Clean, comfy, well-equipped, well-appointed. Great communication. We will be back with more time to enjoy the property, but this was a much needed 8-hour getaway for two tired parents 😴 ”

“Enjoyed our stay very much. about 1/4 mile off road bottom of hill, forest edge, very protected and private. Tent easily accommodated 2 adults and 2 teenagers, stocked with essentials. Even though it was rainy, we had a restful stay. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Love the rural vibe. Would definitely do again”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Manor so much. There were 5 adults and 2 children in our group. The weather put a damper on our visit but we were still able to enjoy the peace and the views around the home. The kids had their pony rides and we were able to meet all the horses they have saved. The home is beautiful and well kept. Communication with the owner was SO easy and helpful. Highly recommend!”
