“Amazing location by Barton Springs. Super easy check-in and check-out. Corner market down the street open till midnight and well stocked. The host provided coffee and filters which was great.. could have used some other basics like veggie or olive oil.. who wants to buy a whole bottle just to fry an egg? Would stay again for sure and bring a couple more "basics". ”

“We arrived early and the property owners were nice enough to let us check in earlier than expected. Check-in was easy.place was clean and all amenities fully stocked. You literally can just show up with toothbrush. Place is small but perfect for a couple . Nice patio just outside the door. So close to Zilker park you can walk. You are just a short drive to congress scene. Communication was excellent . Great value for Austin . Highly recommend ”

“We enjoyed the area. It was safe, quiet, and conveniently located. The house was as described with king-sized memory foam beds in each of the 2 bedrooms. Check in was incredibly easy. Communication was great. My only complaint about the property is that there was some black mildew in the shower. The rest of the house was clean.”

“Nice place, perfect for our needs, super convenient. I would definitely return for a night or too. The only thing to note is: it might be difficult for older people or those with mobility challenges. I took my 82 year old aunt to Austin with me. She did ok with the hill and stairs, but it took her a minute to navigate, her knees are scheduled to be replaced soon … otherwise she would have been fine, but she is active and healthy. If I took her back I would choose to stay elsewhere. I was……
