“Lovely little cottage very well equipped and very clean. A bottle of bubbly and chocolates and a pint of milk in the fridge awaited us. Great location for visiting all the lovely villages in North Norfolk and the coast.”

“Nice accommodation in a great location. Lovely welcome pack and well presented cottage.”

“Expedia confirmed my booking and took payment. Around two hours later, the host cancelled because of “an error with the calendar” — for a stay that was due the very next day. That alone was bad enough, but the refund process made it worse. It took two days and three phone calls to Expedia to chase a proper refund, after the first refund shown was only partial. “Really enjoyed staying at Wagtail, the facilities at Cranmer Cottages are comprehensive! The pool with private allotted sessions is a real bonus, we had lovely weather too! Lots to do in the area and all just a modest drive away!”

“Lovely barn with all the extras to make it feel very welcoming, been coming here for the last few years as my family love it and already booked for next year x”

“Lovely stay! So many nice little touches - coffee milk etc. perfect for a long weekend! ”

“Well placed cottage for visiting North Norfolk. Clean and well equipped. No rear garden but seats and table out the front which is on a v quiet road. Yes I’d revisit and happy to recommend”

“This is a good base . Very comfortable, well appointed and has the addition of a great hot tub nicely tucked away at the rear. We felt the fridge facilities was inadequate as it was too small and made difficult to keep enough product chilled. Good sized bathroom but shower not 4*.Bed very comfortable ,heating adequate. The couple that own the bungalow are very nice and will always help out if needed.”

“Lovely appartement, confortable, well equipped, quiet. The location is great, within walking distance of absolutely everything.”

“Staying in woodpecker was relaxing and enjoyable. Having access to a games room and pool for my kids was amazing. If they had their way, they would’ve been in the pool every day for many hours. It was lovely being able to have the pool to ourselves so it did not restrict us by impeding on anyone else else’s Swim. As we are all keen swimmers for us more access to the pool for longer periods would have made it fantastic for us and we weren’t aware at the time of booking that it was bookable……
