“Great location”

“Spent the day exploring Cooperstown, and this place fit the experience perfectly. It has a great old-school feel that adds to the charm of the area. If my family and I are ever back this way, we’d absolutely stay here again. It was clean, very spacious, reasonably priced, and had that classic, comfortable atmosphere you just don’t find everywhere anymore. Highly recommend!”

“The room was very clean. No bad smell at all. Staff was very nice. Good price. Excellent services. I will recommend it.”

“This spot is very close to the start of the Boilermaker, which is the primary reason we chose this location. Margarita communicated frequently with us before and during the stay.”

“The place was spotless and the communication was amazing. We will definitely come back again.”

“Remote actually had batteries, which isn't always the case. Room was cool and quiet with a fridge and microwave that worked fine. Good for a practical stay near Utica Zoo.”

“The apt was more spacious and comfortable than I expected and the location was perfect with a quiet location and a very short but scenic drive to the university. I would definitely stay again. ”

“Simple double king size bed, big window looking out front.”

“Beautiful studio. Had all we needed to feel right at home for the night. Great communication.”

“We needed an overnight place to stay for an out of town wedding that would fit 10 people comfortably. This house was better than we imagined. Clean, plenty of space, and the owner thought of everything you might need to make you comfortable. An easy check in process gave us the perfect resting space before we headed home the next day. We all agreed if we ever need a place to stay in the future, we would definitely stay at this house again!”

“Ideal stay. Location was great.”

“Love this entire property! Look forward to returning!”

“What a great place! It was clean and cozy with lots of thoughtful touches- including bringing us pumpkins one day. But truly one of the most unexpected and lovely surprises was the bathroom. I assumed it’d be an outhouse but I was very wrong. It was a beautiful solid tiny building not far from the cabin that was super clean and had hot water, a shower, flushing toilet, and lots of lighting at night. We had such a lovely stay.
