“This house was amazing! We loved the house and location - high in the hills in Malibu. This house has lots of room, privacy, and also family time areas! The kitchen is stocked very well. It has a large table to seat everyone. The den has a nice comfy couch with a large TV. The bedrooms are great with comfortable beds! All of the bathrooms are amazing! They are shown in the pictures! It rained almost the entire time we were there. We didn't use the porches much. We used the wonderful roomy hot……

“My husband and I were looking to just get away and relax. Olivia’s place was the perfect spot for that. Close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. The patio overlooking the ocean was amazing. Olivia was super sweet and helpful. Had a great time. Thanks Olivia!”

The pool, tennis court and yard were all nice amenities. The house was definitely spacious enough for our crew. We had some issues with WiFi and the pool, but the property management team addressed them in a timely manner. We'd stay again.”

“We had a very enjoyable time and would stay there again if we needed a location in downtown Woodland Hills/LA area.The owner/manager kept contact via texting. Comfortably the five bedrooms sleeps up to 9 adults in beds, one bedroom has 2 twins another 1 twin. Three full bathrooms and one additional toilet room on the first floor was EXTREMELY helpful. Almost as if we each had separate hotel rooms but in a much cozier environment. We brought in our own pac n play.The jacuzzi has an added daily……

“The house was nice, and quiet, close to the beach and had a nice hot tub/outdoor space. Only small downside, There were 8 of us and we only had 6 wash clothes. There were no spare bath towels. We contacted the owner and they didn't provide any additional. There were also no Kleenex in the house.”

“We enjoyed our stay in Agoura Hills. The house location is ideal, close to the 101, shopping and restaurants. We were impressed by both the cleanliness of the house and the communication with the owner. There was plenty of room for us and enjoyed the backyard which included a pool, hot tub and gas grill. One suggestion would be to have a king size bed in the master bedroom. The room is large enough for it and we would have enjoyed that. Overall, we would stay again when in the Conejo Valley……
