“Exceptionally well decorated and beautiful home to explore the local area. Very welcoming on reception and everything you could need. Only minor gripe was the upstairs shower that was either boiling hot or freezing cold with no in between but sort that and this place is perfect. ”

“A very nice little flat 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Lovely thick carpets. The main bedroom is very nice indeed. Comfortable bed. Effective fan provided which was a godsend during hot weather. Kids bedroom was nice too and they loved the bunk bed set up, which was solid. There is outdoor space however it is shared and a small shadowy courtyard. Doesn't look used at all. The flat is a funny layout. “A perfectly and cleverly designed little flatlet type holiday apartment. Just what we needed for a two night stay in beautiful York. The location was brilliant and close to restaurants, bars, attractions, but still peaceful and quiet. The apartment has been decorated to the highest of standards with the most tasteful and high quality soft furnishings. It was also immaculately presented.
