“The back storage room was very moldy and gave my daughter horrible allergies. We were there for a soccer tournament. The directions to find the apartment were not accurate they gave me the wrong store fronts to look for. Also when I messaged questions it was over 12 hours before someone got back to me and it seemed like an agency that did not know the answers. It was a very convenient location and that part was wonderful.”

“The room was very clean. The bathroom is teeny, but was also clean. We spent an hour trying to figure out how to get the TV to work, only to find out that the cable box needed to be rebooted. Also, we contacted the host directly - once via text and once via phone and he didn't get back to us either time. Lastly, when we booked this room we had no idea it was actually a motel room. We were in a building with multiple single rooms and it was very loud during the night with people coming in……

“The linen and mattress had yellow stains on them, every single toilet paper in the property was hard as a rock and covered in mold, there was no hair dryer even though the listing says there is one in each bathroom. No shelving in the shower so everything had to be put on the floor. Hot water ran out quickly. The bed sunk into the middle so my partner and I were squished into the middle of the bed and couldn't move. The wall mounted fireplace didn't work. The "reserved" parking spot for the……
