“Excellent stay for a 2-day trip. Staff was super friendly. Only reason I gave it a 4 star on cleanliness was there was an odd odor in the lobby the first night. My suspicion was someone threw something away in a trash can that was spoiled and staff didn’t notice it. Worth calling out, but wouldn’t deter me from staying there in the future. Excellent location! Right downtown with a coffee shop just outside the parking lot.”

“Check-in was a nightmare. Had no idea where to park in the parking garage, wasn't sure how to get there from unloading our bags. Desk clerk was rude and provided no help. We finally figured it out by driving around. This morning at check out we noticed a printed instruction sheet on the front desk, would have been nice if we had one offered to us when we arrived (it was not on the counter when we arrived). Mold or dirt on the ceiling near the air-conditioning vent. The bed and pillows were……
