Fantastic apartment with superb pool
We loved everything about our stay. The apartment was spotless, spacious, well equipped. The outside area was stunning with a gorgeous pool, & our hosts were wonderful, so kind, helpful & informative. Plus we could put the car in a garage!

A quiet and tranquil location with beautiful views towards the mountains. Great pool and garden area with plenty of seating and space. Both apartments are stunning with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The Meyers are the most wonderful hosts and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

Fabulous spot
Really enjoyed our week here in the Alsace. Property immaculately clean and well equipped - very comfortable bed. Valerie and Patrick went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and 'at home'. Outside there are plenty of places to sit and the pool was most welcome. Bakers/butchers and general store just ten minutes away on foot and lots of cycle ways and canal paths to explore. Alsace is beautiful and thoroughly recommend.

Liebevoll gestaltete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Pool in zentraler Ausgangslage im Elsass
Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt! Wir hatten selten so liebe und gastfreundliche Vermieter wie Valerie und Patrick. Der Garten ist ein Traum - alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber - überall gibt es im Haus frische Blumen aus dem Garten, die einen angenehmen Duft verströmen. In der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen, Spülen etc. benötigt - sogar Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine. Im Garten durften wir den Grill nutzen und gut gepflegte Leihfahrräder stsnden auch bereit. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 min in Colmar oder den Weindörfern und auch die Vogesen sind schnell zu erreichen.

Kurz gesagt: Perfekt.
Wir waren überwältigt. Valérie und Patrick sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Wir hatten nicht das Gefühl einfach nur eine Ferienwohnung gemietet zu haben - wir haben Urlaub bei Freunden gemacht. Das Verhältnis war vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, komplett ausgestattet bis zum letzten Detail und einfach super geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben schon oft Urlaub in Ferienwohnungen gemacht, aber dies war eine einzigartige Erfahrung. Wir werden wiederkommen! Nochmal ein herzliches Danke an Valérie und Patrick für die schöne Zeit, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften!

Besser kann man es nicht antreffen
Beginnend mit der Begrüßung von Valerie begann eine Wohlfühlwoche, zu der neben dem relativ guten Wetter insbesondere die Unterkunft und die Vermieter Valerie und Patrick beigetragen haben. Neben allen wichtigen Informationen zu Aufenthalt und Ausflügen hat insbesondere die Einladung zu einem "elsässichen" Aperitif einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Zur Wohnung selbst kann ich nur sagen: besser kann man es nicht antreffen.

Superbe semaine au gîte Amélie !
Le gîte Amélie est superbement décoré comme l'ensemble de la propriété de nos hôtes : Valérie et Patrick. Ceux-ci chouchoutent les vacanciers avec de délicates intentions, sont présents, tout en restant discrets. La propriété se situe dans un écrin de verdure propice au repos et au ressourcement. Parfait!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte à l'équipement très complet et à la décoration soignée. Tout y était d'une propreté impeccable et comme neuf. L'environnement de la piscine est superbe et cette dernière est très agréable de par sa taille et la température de l'eau (27 à 29°). La situation à 10mn en voiture de Colmar est très appréciable. Pour finir, nos hôtes étaient aux petits soins et très sympathiques.

Absolut Spitze
Der Aufenthalt war absolut Spitze. Sehr nette, humorvolle und gastfreie Wirte. Sehr schöne, wohlgepflegte Umgebungen und eine sehr schöne Wohnung, wo alles dabei war. Absolut alles. Ein gemeinsamer Abend im Garten mit Spezialitäten aus der Umgebung, mit viel Gespräch und Lachen war auch so schön. Man hat sich in dieser Wohnung sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Een warm welkom
We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Valérie en Patrick zijn enorm gastvrij. In het appartement ontbreekt het aan niets en alles is tot in de puntjes georganiseerd. De tuin met zwembad is een oase van rust en ook daar ontbreekt het aan niets. Op loopafstand is er een bakker en een klein supermarktketen. De ligging is heel centraal, binnen tien minuten sta je midden in het gezellige en karakteristieke Colmar. We hebben het heerlijk gehad!

Einfach nur schön!
Unsere Tage in der Ferienwohnung bei Valerie und Patrick in Wickerschwir waren wunderschön. Schon die Begrüßung durch unsere Gastgeberin Valerie war sehr sehr nett, Valerie hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Es ist alles vorhanden! Die Wohnung, die Ausstattung, das Grundstück, einfach nur schön! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, danke für alles!

Fantastic holiday home and very caring friendly host!
You could not find a nicer, cleaner, quieter, holiday home in the Alsace. We absolutely loved it and were amazed at everything available in this apartment. The hostess is a lovely woman who welcomed us with the local (home) baked cake, a bottle of water and the local wine in the gorgeous fridge. A very comfortable bed, a luxury shower, perfect lights in entrance, staircase and hallway. The spiral staircase might not to everyone's liking but we were fine with it. There was a separate garage as well and in summer a nice pool and super large garden. We definitely want to come back and can recommend this hidden gem to all. Gerda

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben 11 Tage in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es war eine der schönsten Wohnungen die wir in vielen Jahrzehnten Reisen hatten. Oft sind solche Wohnungen mit mehr oder weniger bunt zusammengewürfelten Utensilien ausgestattet, durchaus ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Diese Wohnung dagegen ist mit sehr viel Liebe fürs Detail stimmig ausgestattet. Die Teller, das Besteck, die Gläser usw passen alle gut zusammen und haben ein schönes Dekor. Auch die sonstige Ausstattung ist stimmig. Kurzum, hier fühlt man sich richtig wohl und nicht nur untergebracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben einen netten Abend mit guter Unterhaltung, Cremant und Spezialitäten miteinander verbracht. Die Gastgeber haben zudem Führer und Informationsmaterial für die Gegend ausgelegt, sodaß man sich schnell Touren und Ausflüge zusammenstellen kann. Die kostenlosen Fahrräder waren prima in Schuß - auch an Fahrradschlösser ist gedacht. Kurzum: ein gelungener Aufenthalt mit Tendenz zur Wiederholung, vielleicht im Sommer wenn man dann den Swimmingpool, Gasgrill und die schönen weitläufigen Außenanlagen besser nutzen kann.
