“The room was rather small and hot. There is no air vent/fan in the shower, which doesn't help as this contributes to making the room hot and steamy. Cleanliness is ok. Some of the other guests were messy and inconsiderate in the kitchen. The location is very good, just around the corner from the number 1 bus stop with shopping facilities in the Schappe Centre next door.”

“Very small place, poor bed, no towels (we had to use the same one for 4 days)”

“It was a good stay . Very close commutable distance from Mount Pilates, Lucerne city.”

Good location for exploring the area (Rigi, Stoos etc). Washing machine and dryer in basement - detailed instructions for these in English would be useful, as they only show……

“Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den See. Alles da, was man braucht, klein aber fein. Preis / Leistung sehr gut, Betten bequem und alles sauber und gepflegt. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und gute Kommunikation. Man kann vor dem Haus kurz auf einem der drei Besucherparkplätze parken und ausladen (max 3 h) und anschließend auf dem Parkdeck auf einem reservierten Platz hinter dem Haus unbegrenzt. ”

Also, the mattress felt slanted outwards and I slept poorly all night. Don't stay in summer. Although there is a fan provided, we checked in at 3 o'clock and sweated until the night.”
