"This property has great character. Victoria has a very creative and inspired touch in decorating and detailing the renovation of the property. It’s quirky, fun and extremely comfortable and well appointed! The bed is superior in comfort. Kylie Koala is right above the cabin comfortably perched in the gum tree outside. The property is well positioned and very peaceful. Victoria is a marvelous welcoming host. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay 🌟🌟🌟"

"Millpond is a perfectly appointed holiday home. It was an absolute delight to stay here and it will be the first place I look on my next trip to KI. All the little details are there - platters, spices, tools for seafood, puzzles/books for rainy days. The front verandah was a lovely place to relax, watch the dolphins, birds and see the wallabies :)"

"We loved our stay at this property and have already recommended to friends. Great location with beach views (as per the listing). The deck area is great and kayaks were a bonus that was appreciated and used. Only regret was not staying longer than 4 nights on KI as there is a lot to do and there are fairly long distances between attractions."

"Property was in a great location. Island beach is so beautiful. Very well equipped and the slow cooker was a bonus. Overall nice and clean, although there were empty bottles and cans all over the fish cleaning sink which we couldnt use. This was cleaned up however at the end of our trip. Beds were a bit firm for my liking but clean and warm. Had some visits by local kangaroos, wallabies and the beautiful birds on KI and also some local chooks! A bit of a hick up when we arrived to locked doors...

"Over about a week we stayed in a luxury tent and an ocean front villa. Both were clean and well equipped. Wifi wasn’t the best. The luxury tent had a very small kitchenette and of course didn’t have great insulation so when the sun came out the walls got warm. When it was windy the tent flapped around a bit. "We only stayed here on night, but it would have been easy to stay longer. Our basic room was quite nice and pretty large. All rooms have an ocean view and there is a nice walking path just across the street. Its about 1.2 km walk to the ferry, and very close to the main restaurant bar. Also very close to Hertz - Thrifty rental car. The hotel itself has a nice little cafe attached and is up on a bluff, so has a very nice vista . Staff were very helpful and accomodating. Nothing not to like!"
