“ Located in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient parking. Restaurants and shopping areas are close. Cottage was very clean and beds were comfy. When we return to the area, I would definitely stay here again. ”

“very conveniently located 0.7 miles from the Convention center - an easy walk on sidewalk and main roads. Some of the neighborhood further down the road was "sketchy" as my kids would say but we did not feel unsafe at any time. Backyard was nicely done with lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit and grill. Outside we could hear traffic and a few trains but not inside the house.”

“We liked the size of the home, the layout, the fact that it was clean inside; the property contact person was responsive to our needs and obtained things that were lacking quickly. We were grateful for that. The setting, in back, was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked. The house, though, is sparsely furnished; the TV is difficult to navigate in the living room and there were no directions for it. Outside the property was not cared for and overgrown; the garbage and recycling pails were...

“The stay was pleasant and peaceful. I was in town for a relativein the hospital, but it felt like I was on a mini vacation. I've heard of so many different nightmare stays with Premier hosts, so I was a bit Leary. She was wonderful and very attentive. The Cottage itself is so cozy and inviting. I am looking forward to staying again under better circumstances.”
