“A great place to stay.”

“Very conveniently located close to the centre of town. We were able to walk to the main shopping area.Unit was clean and the facilities were as expected. The bed was very comfortable.We did mention to the owners that there needs to be more towel rails in the bathroom and the split system needs attention as it was barely doing the job.If we ever return to Orange, we would be more than happy to stay here again.”

“The overall space, amenities and comfort were great, but we had some issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen. The property managers were very proactive when I contacted them though. We were also unlucky to be staying during construction at the back, 2 meters from the bedroom windows, so were woken VERY early each morning by power tools and doof doof.Not anything the property owners could control, but had I known in advance I would have stayed elsewhere. I’d say this will……

“Elm Cottage was fabulous. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Located close to everything. Small enough to feel cosy and big enough to spread out and relax. Will stay again. ”

“The hot water only lasted one bath. Very difficult to give kids a bath with no warm water. The bbq also did not have any gas, which was disappointing after we had bought food for a bbq. Messaged the host about both of those things but got no response. ”
