“We had such a relaxing stay at this cabin. The property is incredibly peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly but respectful of privacy. The cabin was clean and well-stocked with essentials like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and large towels, which made settling in so easy. It’s a great spot for guests of all ages, and we truly felt at home. We’re already planning to book this cabin again next year!”

“We love to support small farms when we travel and this was a convenient location in between our plans in Portland and Acadia. The cottage is at the top of the hill with panoramic views. We woke up to thick fog which blanketed the scenery in clouds and made for scenery which we don't often get to see. The cottage is brand new and very clean and comfortable. “Wonderful cottage and property! We enjoyed relaxing on the vast screened-in front porch, direct access to the lake and beach, and taking advantage of the amenities provided such as the kayaks, paddle board, fire pit, and grill. Hosts were very responsive and kind. ”

“Cottage was quaint but with everything one would need for a fun and relaxing week…watercraft, grill, dock for fishing or sitting, comfortable beds, and an air conditioner for the humid days and nights. A loon pair and chick, bald eagle, osprey, heron, and multiple hummingbirds were a treat! Will look to be back next summer!!”

“We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, reading, hiking, listening to the loons, playing games and watching movies on the one rainy day we had. We especially appreciate that we were able to bring our dog who also had a great time! ”

“The house was lovely and contained numerous thoughtful amenities. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our Great Pyrenees, and the proximity to the water (Dam Pond) was ideal. Sunsets were truly beautiful. One suggestion for future visitors would be a BBQ grill. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the owner, Elizabeth, was helpful and amiable. We would definitely consider a return. Our biggest problem was the 8-9 hour drive from NJ.”

“We had a fantastic time at this property! The cottage was cozy and had everything we needed, even coffee. Vince gave us a tour and let us know everything we needed to know when we arrived. The kayaking was amazing. We got so close to bald eagles it was breathtaking, we were simply awed. We saw eagles, osprey, herons and so much wildlife. Vince and Sandy were absolutely wonderful hosts, so friendly, accessible and helpful. They even took us out on the boat one evening for a tour of the lake and……
