The primary level of the unit boasts impressive vaulted ceilings in the living room, enhanced by modern furnishings, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, complimentary in-unit Wi-Fi access, and a private balcony on the fifth floor that presents breathtaking views of downtown Winter Park and the surrounding mountains.
The dining room, located adjacent to the main living area, is elevated and features a large table along with a kitchen bar that provides ample seating. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering generous countertop space and contemporary stainless steel appliances. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
On the lower entry level of the unit, the master bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed and a futon that can convert into a Queen-sized bed, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom that includes an oversized walk-in shower. Furthermore, the second bedroom on this level includes a full bathroom, a private balcony, and a bunk bed designed for three individuals, featuring a King-sized bed on the bottom and a Twin-sized bed on the top.
The open staircase on the main floor leads to a loft that overlooks the main living room area below. This loft is furnished with three twin beds, a full bathroom, and an emergency exit to the outside.
This exceptional three-bedroom, three-bathroom accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. It also includes additional in-unit amenities such as a washer and dryer, and the private balconies collectively span 258 square feet.
The property provides several common area amenities, including an elevator that grants access to each floor from the underground parking area. Additionally, residents can easily walk across the street to Cooper Creek Square for a variety of dining and shopping options.
