“Enjoyed our weekend at the Mansion. The Presidential suite was lovely, as was the view. Sunrise on the lake was amazing. Also appreciated the sturdy bed frame which was great for Shibari. The only improvements I would offer is to have coffee in the private suite and less air freshener throughout. ”

The owner was engaging, helpful and also a wonderful chef. She prepared and served a delicious breakfast for us before sending us on our way with helpful and informative information about the communities and sites on Whidbey Island.”

“We had a lovely Christmas stay with 11 family members. The house set the stage for our family Christmas gathering. We were in constant awe of the architectureand details of this historical home. The rooms were comfortably stated & 1 for every one (7 rooms). The hosts were very accommodating and generous with their home. This stunning historic house was a short walk from some of Seattle's best restaurants and bakeries. Thank you Ryan & Joelle!”

“Beautiful clean place, with a fresh fruit tray, yogurt, bottled water, OJ, coffee bar, fresh eggs from their chickens! Was able to feed adorable goats. This was a perfect place.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay quite a bit. We were put off by the low ratings, but we were booking last-minute and didn't have many options. We had a lovely time! Christy, who was chatty but never intrusive, took great care of us, including dropping us off in town and picking us up (this is a standard included service). Breakfast was also absolutely delicious, and we had a fantastic time using the outdoor hot tub at night. If the price were, say, 25% lower, I suspect the reviews would be all……

“Do not book this property!. It is not rentable ! Place is a mess. Front door has been kicked in. Looks like a drug house and people may be squatting . Do not rent !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn off the air conditioner but the quilt was so thin that I was woken up by the cold at night. The refrigerator was noisy but I couldn't turn it off. I went to bed at three in the morning, woke up at six in the morning and slept until about seven. I only slept for more than four hours at night.”

“It was a really sweet area, perfect walking distance from some good lunch spots, beautiful gardened neighborhood. It was quiet, the other guests were hardly seen and never heard. Host was very organized and communicative. Check in was super easy and secure. Bed was very comfortable! Thank you 😌”
