“We hosted a yoga retreat at Langley Retreat Center. We all loved our stay, and our guests said their rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. They enjoyed their stay and the retreat, and asked us to host another one here. As hosts of this retreat, we only had positive experiences. Lara and her team made sure everything we needed was ready for us. She had all the yoga props we needed prepared. There is a beautiful space for 12 people to practice yoga. “The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn off the air conditioner but the quilt was so thin that I was woken up by the cold at night. The refrigerator was noisy but I couldn't turn it off. I went to bed at three in the morning, woke up at six in the morning and slept until about seven. I only slept for more than four hours at night.”
