“The location was perfect, close to the lake and trails. The home was beautiful. Backyard fenced but had tons of poop. The kitchen had enough plates and silverware for the 3 of us but we had to go buy trash bags, tissue and paper towels for our four night stay. BBQ not set up for use.The cleaners apparently decided not to fully dry the bathroom towels and still hung them and folded them for us to use. This property was fine last year but we tried to rent the other side of the duplex this year and had to cancel after arriving because one of the 2 bedrooms had the entire floor removed. “We stayed for two nights. The guesthouse was fresh and clean and beautifully appointed, with exceptional views and amenities. The hosts, are warm and friendly people. They thoughtfully left fresh flowers and made sure to put out water/food bowls, a nice bed, and other items for our dog. Such a touching thought. David and Nancy, thank you so much for your hospitality. It was nice to meet you both. We hope to stay again, next time we're in the area. A definite 10 out of 10!!🫶”

“The house is nice. Plenty of room inside. Don’t plan on more than 1 full size vehicle, or multiple cars, as the driveway is small & no garage access. Street parking was very limited. “The house was not clean. The dishes were dirty, there were crumbs in the cupboard, the walls were filthy, there were cobwebs in the bedroom and on the walls. The paint is peeling from the baseboards. There are areas of re-painted. There was a hole in the back of one of the bedroom doors. The furniture is outdated.
