“Absolutely exceeded expectations!
Even though this is technically a 4-star hotel, it more than deserves 5 stars in my book. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - special shoutout to Kerry for going above and beyond!
The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety and some excellent vegan options (which can be hard to find). The wellness facilities were top-notch too - the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room made for a relaxing and refreshing……

“We have stayed in most of the hotels around the OVO Hydro. This was by far the best experience so far.
The £25 spent for a lucky dip upgrade was more than worth it.
The evening meal and drinks downstairs were very good value. After show drinks in the upstairs bar was a great way to round off the evening.
