“Xiaoxin was incredibly helpful with everything we needed and offered us very good suggestions about the surrounding area. She made the stay a lot better than it would have been without her assistance.”

“The wash machine and dryer is very convenient, close to the lake, good place to watch sunrise.”

“The view of Er Hai and Cang Shan from our luxury double room was more stunning in person than in the pictures. My boyfriend and I loved staying here.”

“It was a good stay here. Staff are very nice and friendly and gave many useful information about planning for the trip. The signature ocean view room is very clean and comfortable and face to ErHai directly. 15 mins driving distance to the airport.40 minutes driving time to the ancient city. If you want to relax and enioy Erhai beach, this is a good place.”

“The door to my room was left open before I arrived so the room had several insects inside. The staff also didn't seem prepared for international guests. The view from the facility is very nice, but overall the hotel looks a bit poorly maintained compared to the pictures.”
