“Very basic. Can’t find it from street. It doesn’t even have its own street number. It’s located behind a building and sharing the building with other small hotel and residence. It took us quite sometime to find it. It’s in such lousy condition we were almost thought we were back to last century. But the staffs are warm and helpful. The people we met on the cracking noise elevator were minding their own business. We managed to survive the days we were there. Will not recommend it for families……

“Façade of a Business Hotel There's nothing charming or beautiful about this hotel, or the area it is in, so the only reason most people come is business (we were there as part of a vacation, but we were exceptions). Given that, you'd expect a front desk staff that spoke English, but most of them didn't speak a single word of English (there was one exception, who was also the only really friendly person we met behind the desk). “The hotel conditions were disappointing. The soundproofing was nearly nonexistent, and the room looked nothing like the photos shown on Expedia, it felt more like a dated motel from the early 2000s. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. Still, I ended up canceling the remainder of my stay after the first night. ”

"The check-in experience on the day of our arrival was rather unpleasant. Due to the heavy cleaning workload during the holiday, our check-in was delayed. Shortly after we settled in and began to rest, another guest used a key card to enter our room. This happened because of a front desk error, where the room was assigned twice, which gave us quite a fright. However, Harris Liu Lisong, the hotel manager, promptly apologized and compensated us, which helped ease our minds. That said, we hope the staff can improve their professional skills and not always rely on the manager to rectify the situation for them."
