“Highly recommended. Great hosts. We loved it”

“nada más llegar Julián te atiende en la puerta y te explica todo de la casa correctamente. la limpieza de la casa excelente y para organizar un evento de cumpleaños o lo que sea está perfecto. ”

“Liked the location close to metro.. room was comfortable if small. Didn't like the lack of reception staff on site and found the lockers for storing luggage frustrating.”

“Apartamento muito sujo , cabelos por toda parte, as roupas de cama estavam sujas de outras pessoas, ficou assim 3 noites das 4 que me hospedei, somente no ultimo dia com muita insistência foi uma pessoa limpar. Predio sujo e abandonado, lixos jogados no chao por toda parte .”

“This was an interesting stay. These are basically hotel rooms with a kitchenette, but it’s not exactly an aparthotel. The check-in process was easy and communication with the hosts was great. The building itself is in a bit of a run-down area of Madrid; I wouldn’t say it was dangerous, though. Terrible experiencia”

“It was mentioned that there was no front desk. However, there were no responses to my messages. None, whatsoever. In the kitchen, there were no utensils, knife, cutboard or other basics you'd expect when a host advertises a kitchen. The room was cold and the thermostat was locked so we were uncomfortable throughout the stay.”

“This is a great property if you are spending more than 3 days in Madrid. Yes it is a few km out and you have to get a train (costs just over £1) but it’s easy and trains every 10 mins. For us the outdoor area is what we were looking for and you don’t get that in the centre. This was handy at the height of summer and we could sit out in the morning, go out about 12 and spend until 10 exploring, then come back and sit out and have a drink. Apartment has a shop on the corner of block which sells……
