“This is our third year and we will keep coming back. The cabin lacks for nothing, the king bed is super comfortable, the hot tub is perfect.. right outside the door. We LOVE this get away and Cathy and Owen are the perfect hosts. Perfect for couples of all ages. ”

“We had a wonderful girls trip at the Slow Go. It was a little tricky to find, as the entrance isn’t immediately visible especially in the dark but once we got familiar with the surroundings it was no problem! The property was lovely, great fire pit, well-stocked and comfy cabin. Being close to the highway meant it got a bit noisy at times but not bad at all. The host was wonderful to communicate with when we had to troubleshoot a situation with the lock and fixed it right away. Would recommend……

“We had a wonderful time staying here on Parksville! Close to Rathtrevor beach, pool, hot tub, and miniature golf. The property was very clean and well stocked. Our host Judy was quick to respond and checked in to make sure we were having a good trip. Thanks Judy! Highly recommend! ”

“We had the best time at this adorable, rustic cabin with our family (5 adults, baby, dog). We loved being right on the water, the beautiful porch, best views of the lake, jumping off the dock to cool off and using the kayaks. The kitchen was well stocked, we BBQd every night. The sauna was a lovely surprise as I didn’t even realize they had one!Some small things could be improved on…the outdoor area needs some cleaning attention (lots of cobwebs, beach area cleanup etc). And the dock could……
