“The room was maintained to a satisfactory standard, and communication with staff via text messaging was prompt. However, the coffee station did not meet expectations due to the following issues:
- The Keurig machine was non-functional.
- The provided creamer appeared to be spoiled, exhibiting clumping and a yellowish discoloration.
While I can provide video documentation of these issues, I have opted not to pursue further action as alternative coffee sources are readily available.”
