“Laura was very professional in handling a difficult situation.”

“Pros: air conditioning worked great during hot summer days. Place was reasonably clean. Appreciated having ability to do laundry and use the dishwasher. Master bed was surprisingly comfortable (the other two beds were slept on by kids who can sleep anywhere, so I can’t knowledgeably comment on their comfort level).Cons: Nothing in the house matches and it looks like grandma’s super old hand-me-downs or like everything had been purchased at yard sales. “Quiet neighborhood. Very nicely updated, decorated, and furnished. Very clean. Nice, newly redone bathrooms/walk-in showers. Big modern kitchen. Full size washer/dryer. House is well stocked with everything needed. Interesting coffee table that folds out to dining table.”

““We had such a wonderful stay at this Harry Potter–themed house! Great location for two people but more might make it crowded. Only complaint is there is no real comfortable place to set in the evening as couch was very uncomfortable and it was too hot to set outside. Grill is electric and looked as it has not been used for sometime so we did not feel comfortable using it. ……

“No surprises, enjoyed our stay. AC/Heat control not intuitive. I would stay here again!”
