“This hotel is amazing! The room was very nice, and they make a great experience for travellers in the reception area. It’s walkable distance to a lot of sightseeing areas, and otherwise had a metro station and bus stops next door that can take you anywhere. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again! ”
“Everything was perfect for our family of four. The hotel is very clean, smells good, and the staff are very nice. I communicated through email, and they answered promptly. There are grocery stores right next to the hotel, many restaurants nearby, and it’s within walking distance to tourist spots, shopping, Kamo River and train station.”
“Spent three nights here with a one-year-old during Kyoto Marathon. Very spacious double room and the bed is big, which we and my little boy loves so much. He took his first walks inside the big room and enjoyed his time so much in the bathtub, floor and the bed. Many photos taken and so much sweet memory. :）”
“Staff are helpful and polite. The room is spacious and there are complimentary drinks and personal care items. Opposite the hotel are a 24-hr supermarket and a Seria store, the Okazaki Jingu is next to the hotel and the Heian Jingu is within 10-min walk. ”
"This hotel is just amazingly wonderful from the location, service and room size/condition. We stayed here for the last two days of our Kyoto cherry Blossom vacation 2025 and I must say the highlight of the 9 days trip would have to be this hotel. It is situated in the center of shopping/ dining district, you are basically within everything after stepping out of the hotel lift. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and so helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, venue was clean, spacious and comfortable. It provided plenty of choices for both asian and western guests. Overall we enjoyed the stayed and highly recommended this hotel to anyone who visited Kyoto. "
