They were very responsive on WhatsApp whenever I had a question, did not hear noises from outside, making it a pleasant stay. The only downside was that the room was fairly hot. "I stayed here one night before boarding an international flight in the morning. I wasn't sure of the time I would be arriving but it was potentially later in the evening, past 9 or 10 p.m. I tried contacting the hotel several times in the 24 hours before my arrival by phone, email message, etc, and I received no answered phone calls or messages. Nothing. Fortunately I was able to arrive around 7:30 p.m. and asked, upon arrival, why I was unable to make any contact with them regarding my arrival. Their only explanation was that perhaps their phones were busy (I called at least 10 times in the previous 24 hours), and no reply on why no one responded to my email messages. With that, they upgraded my room, which was nice, for the 10 hours I stayed for a quick rest before leaving early in the morning. Despite all of that, I would stay again. The location was about a 15 minute shuttle to the airport (for a fee) and even had a McDonalds attached to it if a quick bite or drink was needed. Also, there were mixed messages on the hotel's location -- It is NOT attached to the airport, as some reviews say it is. You will need to find the shuttle service and then expect a 15-20 minute ride. Not bad, but not what I expected. Just FYI"

"The room was clean and sufficient in size. It was basically a very small apartment. We found that there is no one at the desk to answer questions as the person that was there "didn't work there" so we would have to contact the owner on WhatsApp. We just dealt with the issue (more of my husband's lack of digital experience) and were fine. However, we got there at 3:05pm and there was no one to give any explanation of how anything in the place worked, which was very frustrating for us older folks that haven't dealt with an all digital space before. They were very quick to drop off toilet paper when we asked the girl at the desk, and the gentleman that came up was nice enough to show me how to run the TV, on the 4th day we were there. This would have been a 5 if we had had someone to give some instruction or at least a call to make sure we got checked in okay or needed help. It's very odd to only have someone available until 3pm when there are people checking in after that."
