The Hotel is close to the airport, it only takes a 20 mins ride by bus. The room is clean and comfortable. This was our first time visiting Bratislava so we were not familiar with the public transport system there. The staff helped us a lot.

The staffs at the front desk are not friendly and sincere. They seem impatient to answer your enquires if you have missed something they had said. The location of the hotel is excellence. It has a walkable distance to old town and castle. My room has Danube river view as well. However, the maintainance of the hotel is not good and the rooms are old and the bed sheet and quilt covers look not clean enough.

Terrible noise from event downstairs.
"During my first night of staying, there're events downstairs, the music was so loud and went on until 3am. Can't sleep at all. Very annoying also not respected the guests who live in the hotel. Very disappointed."
