寝具包括枕头太软没有硬一点的枕头，被子太厚不透气，因为这些原因没有睡好，如果能注意一下就更好了。还有洗澡水有点忽冷忽热。 服务人员的服务非常好，热心的帮我拿雪具到门口还指路怎么走到缆车，寄雪具的服务生服务也很好很耐心。

Getting to the hotel was super easy on the train from the airport. Literally one block away. The room was very clean and super cool. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and the coffee was great. Nice vibe overall but we stayed over a weekend and there was a planned rave party on the rooftop from about 3 to 9:30pm. To say that it was just loud and obnoxious doesn’t even come close to how annoying this was for two older peeps who hit the sack around 9:00. Our room was thumping and the sound was bouncing off everything in every direction. It did finally end around 9:45 so they are somewhat cognizant of their guests . We just didn’t understand why they allow these types of parties up there when it affects every single guest at their hotel. Next morning there was melange of vomit out front… just saying… not necessary.

I wish they had more food options

Customer service was great. Room could have been better cleaned. Views of the mountains beautiful.

Not good, for jet lag customwer, front give me the room 308, when I was so tired to sleep, I can hear all the noice surrounding by the pool. Make a phone call to clerk in front, but I was too tired to change the room, just show my good willingness remind them my situation, pay attention when customer looks really tired, arrange the room reall quite and stay away from those noisy facility. But the lady just insisted they did not make any fault, if I feel noisy, I should told them bala bala.... I am too tired, just like them to improve their service level to avoid customers like me already to tired to pick up everything and change the room,but the lady just insisted they do not make any mistakes. They don't have sympathy or any understanding on what I was expressing, that made me feel more angry, feel very disappointeed why the service level so low and no understanding to their repeated client? If I can choose, will never use this hotel again.

Nice boutique hotel, very clean, rooms very well set up. Amazing staff, a lil busy downstairs considering it’s a train station down stairs but u don’t hear any of the noise in ur room. The only issue I had was the in-room dining, I ordered breakfast and I received it in a to go bag with plastic folks and knives like some uber eat delivery. Hotel management needs to change that asap, that wasn’t very nice.

酒店工作人员服务热情，给人感觉良好。酒店与租雪具的商店相邻，租的用具和自带用具交给工作人员，他们就会送到缆车站旁的存放点，自己穿着平常衣服到那再换非常方便，那里还免费提供高品质的防晒霜，工作人员很专业，基本的需求不用说他们都会主动提出。

Great room, checking in was difficult as there wasn’t an attendant.
