The staff were AMAZING! The location was perfect. Easy walk from train station and to everything you’d want to see in York. We got upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom, which was very large and comfortable.
It is a fairly new building, so there are a few kinks to work out, but it did not diminish our stay. It is a little quirky of a place with interior courtyards that you can’t get to. There was a really bad odor in the lobby that we never did ask about, but it wasn’t noticeable in our room.
We would definitely stay there again.

"Lodge was really nice and clean and it was a really nice experience. However a few lights either didn't work or had no bulb in, the hall way light didn't work and when it was dark you couldn't see where you was going and the light outside the hot tub but this wasn't so bad as you had the fairy lights ..."
