They removed the front desk and turned the small desk area and breakfast area into another restaurant, Which with Two restaurants nothing was open from Sunday- Wednesday So Noone to talk to, no coffee or not even a muffin anymore, coffee pot in room with only 1 breakfast blend coffee and the rest were decafe kcups. You'd get out of the shower and walk around and your feet got dirty. We went to leave for breakfast and our door wouldn't lock the room next to us also was having the same issues, my husband finally found Amy who got maintenance to replace the door lo k system only to give us her phone number . incase we got lock out or in( because there is Noone in the building after 4pm for any kind of assistance. This was the worst time we have had here in 3 consecutive yrs. Amy sent us an email stating we would be receiving 15% off our stay, but we did not the Bill was exactly th same. Will not be going back there again unless they step up their game. O

Very nice hotel with awesome rooms however, there is a shortage of housekeepers and rooms aren't ready at 3:00 PM check in the two times I've stayed there. I was issue a room digital key at 2:00 PM for requested 1st floor room that was not ready at the time. When I returned back to the hotel at 4:30 PM my room still wasn't ready. concierge was very polite and found me a room on the 2nd floor. Would I stay in The Oats again sure I would.

Everthing about this location was excellent. Can't wait to go back!!!
