Finger Lakes Region Golf Vacations

Booked for one night in July to see a concert in Finger Lakes. I knew the hotel was older, however relied on high reviews. Grateful they accommodated an early check-in so we could get settled and get ready for the concert. I also appreciated the quick lobby check in and staff was courteous and welcoming. The room I booked was for a King with sofa bed however it was missing the sofa/sofa bed. I did call ahead to request if we could check in earlier and they said the room type I booked was ready, however the room we got would only be considered a King bed room, so in essence we did not get the room we paid for. The room was clean and it seemed refurbished to be more modern. However, the dresser drawers kept sliding open. We were only there for one night so did not need it but it was a tripping hazard. I had a great sleep (tired from the concert) and the bed was comfy. However, the AC could have been cooler. It was on its coolest setting and fan was on strong, but the room was still on the warmer side. I usually tend to get cold easily so I can imagine people that run hot would not have been comfortable, at all. I was also lying in bed awake as the sun was rising and there were noises (cracks or pops) eminating from the window wall. Wondering if it was from the strong morning sun heating up the side of the building (older) because we didn't hear this at all the previous afternoon. Also room assigned was right across elevators and the elevar dings quite loudly.
