Wonderful staff, delicious coffee, overall great experience. The housekeeping was lacking a bit - found cigarette butts and dust bunnies in the corners of the room and towel distribution seemed to be off. But overall clean and a really wonderful experience. Would happily stay here again

Fantastic property and very comfortable stay

Staff were incredibly nice and sent up a birthday treat for our fam. While the hotel could use a Reno it was close to beach,shopping and food.

Our home away from home! ❤️ We’ve been staying here for almost 20 years, and we absolutely love it. The location, the staff, the quality of the food, and the service are all truly superb. The staff know us by name, and there’s something so special about arriving and immediately feeling at home. The front desk is always incredibly efficient, and the concierge goes above and beyond to accommodate any request. You simply can’t beat the location, and we’re already counting down the days until next year! Until then… thank you for another unforgettable stay! 😊🇬🇷

Loved our stay! The staff was amazing! They were helpful, welcoming and friendly. Everyone was amazing which made our stay here even better. The location is good and there is a beach near by too. They serve a breakfast as well and there is a restaurant on site too. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay wonderful.

Fantastic property and very comfortable stay

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. Housekeeping and reception consistently ignored our requests for basic necessities like clean towels, glassed, toilet paper, and fresh sheets. The hygiene standards were appallingly low. The balcony was covered in pigeon droppings and swarming with birds, disrupting our sleep throughout the stay. Additionally, the bathroom had severe drainage issues with both the sink and shower. Despite multiple calls—and a plumber who claimed to fix it when he hadn't—the issue lingered for days. Management only stepped in two nights before we checked out, making us pack and move rooms late in our trip. The final two days were slightly improved, but still nowhere near 5-star quality.
