Although the parking structure had a problem with the drive in door entrance, the staff jumped to work and got us in a nice room in no time. Some roof construction going on, but all workers were polite.

The key would not work on our last day of stay, had to call the customer service at night let fix the problem, security arrived within 15 mins, had to wait outside. The air conditioning was not working, couldn’t figure out how to set the Nest system.

We were there for 2 nights to attend a wedding on the property. The room was quiet, clean with a very comfortable bed and a lovely patio. The property is gorgeous and they did a fabulous job executing the wedding.

Was there for street vibes we always stay here it’s definitely our favorite hotel in Reno! But the elevator is so slow it takes a while to get one and always so packed up because you never know when another one will arrive so everyone just keeps packing in
