Princess Cays Pet-friendly Vacations

The staff was very helpful and professional, they made my stay enjoyable.

Been here many times. Never had any complaints until this time. Staff at different times were rude and inconsiderate. Idk why but it was really disappointing because I love this place

The best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Better than hotels costing twice as much. Sooo clean and comfortable and an attentive staff.

The staff aren't very welcoming, I guess, because tips are already included in the restaurant bills; otherwise, it was a very positive experience at the resort.

Beautiful long weekend stay.. this place exceeded all our expectations. The staff couldn’t be more attentive and accommodating. Can’t wait to be back!

Had the best time with our kids. Highly recommend.

Staff good and friendly. It’s just located too far from the airport. That’s all

All rooms even club member rooms are outdated and in poor condition. Dirty shower, chipped paint, pealing ceilings. Rooms aren't cleaned thoroughly. House keeping is a joke at this property. Our sink and counter top wasn't cleaned a single time. And we stayed for 7 days. Even after requesting our room be swept due to sand tracking in the room. It was only swept once. Customer service at this property is also poor. Some bar and wait staff employees were rude and acted like they didn't want to be there. I travel out the country three times a year. And I would never return here. Nor would I recommend this property to anyone else. I do appreciate Daniel, Keva, Jaleesa, Mercedes and the two supervisors at Viva Cafe. These employees were a nice. And gave exceptional customer service.
