The lobby, and restaurant area look pretty good. But the rooms definitely need an upgrade. Air conditioning not working properly all the time, you have to bang the door to the room to close it and open it, no coffee/tea amenities in room, no iron, no robe, no slippers.
No bellhop to help with luggage. I have fallen on the front steps of the hotel twice because the steps didn’t have enough light and floor markers. No one came to help me even though I’m sure I was visible to the desk staff through the glass doors.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast. Close to the bus stop for reaching the city center. Easy parking. The only downside is the strong smell in the bathroom, which could be improved.

Stunning property nestled between a couple of other related properties. Very quiet and beautiful grounds, rooms and accommodations. The staff are incredible; friendly, welcoming and eager to help make the stay a pleasure - and it was. We spent 5 days here; 5 days of that truly decadent breakfast, 5 days enjoying the luxurious grounds and service. Lana and the staff here made us feel like family. Arkoudi, the nearby town, is wonderful and has some great restaurants and a really nice bay beach if you find you want to explore outside this Grecotel resort area.
My work brought us here, and it's been a lovely discovery - we would like to return to the area and the Mandola Rosa for another trip in the future!
