book 2 rooms and the CS willing to help to change 1 bed into 2 beds room.

renovation works making noises all day times, staff can t help , drunks banging 3 am 3 times during my 5 nights stay, staff can't help , no one's in charge and no one cares, boring breakfast every day....well come to your noisy neighbours

房門口有那隙、洗手間放紙巾位置是爛的、毛巾又骯髒又破、櫃門又壞、衣櫃門又壞，房間沒紙巾和椅子、花灑時熱時冷。 第一晚在酒店洗澡的時候是約11:50，致電到前台叫我們等5分鐘會派人到我房間，但等到12時12分左右都沒人來，我們再打到前台又叫我們等5分鐘，今次是個女前台員工，超沒禮貌的，我想再說話但電話馬上掛掉了。。。之後等到差點睡著，自己再去試試有沒有水洗澡發現有就馬上沖，到我男朋友沖到一半又沒水了，最後我用杯裝洗手盆的水幫他沖走剩下的泡沫，我吹頭又發現風筒鬆的。。 然後到最後一天零晨12時，因為我們是要零晨兩點出發去機場的，check out前想刷牙但牙膏用完了，打去前台又是那位女服務員聽電話，很沒禮貌說他們沒牙膏的，我接著想說我昨天才問過為什麼今天怎麼沒有，但我未說完她就掛掉了電話。。 其後我到前台checkout時順便想托酒店代寄我的明信片，但那女服務員說他們沒有人會幫我帶我的明信片去郵局，我回她說：我今天下午已經問過了，你同事說有的，她說：問過也沒用，我們沒人會幫你送過去的，你放在這裡可能要一年才有機會送你的卡到郵局。 其實酒店內其他職員禮貌很好的，但就是這位女職員態度十分之差，加上酒店房內的設備品質十分差。

房間很整潔，員工很友善，泳池很有氣氛

The hotel butler was very considerate. During my stay, I encountered some minor troubles, which the butler promptly helped resolve. The hotel also has a kitchen, and I prefer to go to the nearby market to buy fresh ingredients and prepare my favorite dishes at reasonable prices, making it perfect for a long-term rental friend.

房间很不错，值得这次情侣旅行，早餐也很不错，每天都有换口味

Good evening. Everything was perfect and exactly as expected. A huge thank you to Tom for the wonderful hospitality and professional service. He put all his effort and energy into truly serving his guests, and that's something I'll never forget. I will definitely return without a doubt. The house is huge; I didn't expect it to be this big. My children were very happy. It's perfect for families or groups of friends. There's a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient for me and my family. It's also close to tourist attractions, especially the old town. Tom arranged a free car ride to the old town and gave us great recommendations, which were very helpful. He also arranged a fantastic trip to Phi Phi Island, which was much cheaper than what we could have found ourselves. The airport transfer service was incredibly convenient for me and my family. Overall, I highly recommend this place; it's the best accommodation I've ever stayed in Phuket. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you, Tom and the team.

Supert sted med høy standard. Vi leide en Villa med eget basseng og det var nydelig. Rommet var helt stort, fantastisk og prangende. Våkne med elektrisk fra trekk av gardiner med utsikt og sjø og basseng. Magisk.

早餐食物種類多，對著芭東海灘吃早餐很舒服。我住第一座沒有電梯，面對大海還可看日落，但接近馬路比較嘈。call車比較難，有shuttle bus去芭東大街。整體不錯。
